So I decided to give it a try-- I added a cup of frozen peas + carrots to my kids' mac + cheese. My 4-year-old was litterally in TEARS when he saw it! He reluctantly ate my suggested 10 bites after I told him the Elf on the Shelf was watching (man, I love that little guy!). Not off to the best start, but we're trying your "not-as-they-appear" pancakes this week. (I'm a big fan of breakfast for dinner too).
