Love the blonde fact! haha! Since I've been using saline nasal spray (regularly) I've not had a sinus infection! The human body is so Amazing!

Very interesting...I like the one about fruit and vegetables creating the bodies own aspirin. Makes sense since they veggies and fruits (veggies more than fruits) are anti-inflammatories. And that makes me feel better knowing muscle doesn't atrophy as fast as it takes to build!! COOL FACTS!
